Dearest Perumal,
No amount of excuses would suffice to cover any single day when one hasn’t prayed to you, or atleast thought of you in passing. Adiyen has been tied with time-consuming work and travel and have not been able to contribute much as part of regular kainkaryam. However, the thoughts and daily worship have not been compromised on. I love you dear Perumal and that is something quite consistent and constant compared to the ever-changing happenings in the material world!
All this having been said, I wanted to share some pictures from the new Navaneetha Krishnar idol placed at the Perumal room. This idol was bought at adiyen’s second visit to Sri Aprameya Swami temple situated near Channapatna at Doddamallur, right on the Mysore high way. Apart from the main deity of Sri Aprameya Perumal, there is a sannadhi for the crawling baby Krishna, where devotees regularly pray for progeny. Well, adiyen cannot think of any baby more charming than the lord Himself in this form!

The dark hue of the lord simply reflects on the idol. A simple dress and a tilak later, this vigraha truly started emanating complete radiance of baby Krishna! 🙂
